Returns – made-to-order item
Why this item cannot be returned if you change your mind
Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications. This applies from the moment your order is confirmed, whether or not production has started.
Before you order
Please check the dimensions, the space and the access route (doors, stairs, lift) and the fabric or finish you chose. If you have questions, contact us before you place the order.
Minimum 2 years
Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

Comfort and peace - that's exactly how you will feel in this armchair.
It is unique and playful: it is fixed on wide legs that extend all the way to the top of the backrest on the back of the furniture. At the center of the furniture is a frame made of solid, rough-hewn wood, and the back has been profiled so that you can spend long hours in the armchair.
The Intimacy armchair will fit into any interior - it looks great in a minimalist, Japanese or Scandinavian style interior.
Crafted with care and attention to detail, each Ramar piece speaks of the skill, passion and dedication of the craftsman.
Our handcrafted furniture embodies a commitment to quality, craftsmanship and individuality. Whether it's a custom-made dining table, a hand-carved rocking chair or a carefully crafted cabinet, handcrafted furniture adds warmth, character and authenticity to any space.
