Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications. This applies from the moment your order is confirmed, whether or not production has started.

Legal guarantee of conformity
Minimum 2 years
