    Returns – made-to-order item

Why this item cannot be returned if you change your mind

Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications. This applies from the moment your order is confirmed, whether or not production has started.

    Before you order

Please check the dimensions, the space and the access route (doors, stairs, lift) and the fabric or finish you chose. If you have questions, contact us before you place the order.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

About the product

Complete sofa TELLARO

The modular sofa TELLARO is a combination of exceptional comfort and modern design, designed for cozy relaxation and a stylish interior. The sofa modules can be easily connected with special hooks, so you can form an individual layout. Although the sofa does not have a sleeping function, its sitting comfort and high-quality construction compensate for this function. Fabrics can be selected individually.

The seating areas use high-elasticity HR foam, supplemented with a mixture of 50% feathers and 50% PUR foam granules - this ensures exceptional softness, fluffiness and shape retention. The backrests are also filled with a mixture of PUR granules and silicone, which provides soft and elastic support for the back. Due to this composition, it is recommended to fluff the seats regularly to maintain their shape and elasticity.

The solid, wooden structure ensures the durability and stability of the sofa. Flat-type "A" wave springs contribute to comfort and even weight distribution.
