    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. This stylish and sturdy piece of furniture is made of natural mango wood, reinforced with an iron structure and stainless steel details, which makes it durable, stable and has a modern industrial design. Thanks to its massive 6 cm thick tabletop and extremely sturdy base, the table can withstand a load of up to 250 kg, making it perfect for both everyday use and entertaining guests. The large dimensions – 270 cm wide, 100 cm deep and 76 cm high – provide plenty of space for comfortable use, and the 169 cm gap between the legs ensures comfortable seating. The furniture must be assembled independently.

Mango wood is easy to maintain, so a soft dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient for daily cleaning. It is recommended to avoid aggressive chemical cleaners and abrasives, and once or twice a year the wood can be renewed with natural wax or oil to maintain its color and protect it from drying out. Metal parts – iron and stainless steel – are best cleaned with a mild soap solution and dried thoroughly after cleaning. A special polishing liquid can be used for stainless steel to remove marks. It is recommended to protect the table from direct sunlight, sudden changes in temperature or humidity, not to place hot objects directly on the tabletop and to wipe up spills immediately so that they do not soak into the wood.
