    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

Although sintered stone is one of the most resistant materials on the market, proper care will help maintain the beauty of the ROKA table:

Tabletop cleaning

For daily maintenance, use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.

Sintered stone is non-porous, so it does not absorb liquids, but we recommend that you clean up spilled coffee, wine or grease immediately to keep the surface clean at all times.

You can use mild neutral detergents. Avoid strong abrasives that can damage the gloss of the surface finish.

Caring for the metal base

Clean the surface of the legs with a soft cloth. After wiping with a damp cloth, be sure to dry it.

Protect the metal parts from sharp objects to avoid damaging the paint layer.

General advice

Although sintered stone is heat-resistant, we recommend using coasters for direct contact with extremely hot dishes - this will help prevent thermal stains in the long term.
