    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

Thanks to its solid construction and combination of luxurious materials, the table looks elegant and is extremely durable for everyday use. Its dimensions are 130 x 130 x 75 cm, weight is 96 kg, and maximum load is 40 kg. This size and shape are perfect for both family dinners and formal meetings in the office or restaurant.

Care and cleaning

It is recommended to clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth using a mild, neutral detergent (pH neutral).

Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaners, as they can damage the ceramic surface and its shine.

Wipe up spilled liquids (especially wine, coffee or acidic products) immediately to avoid stains.

After cleaning, dry the surface with a clean microfiber cloth to avoid water spots.

Use coasters under hot or wet dishes to protect the tabletop from thermal deformation or marks.

What not to do

Do not use solvents, alcohol, chlorine or acetone-based products.

Do not scrub the surface with rough sponges or metal scourers.

Do not store the table near radiators or in direct sunlight, as heat and UV rays can affect the color.

Do not place extremely hot dishes directly on the surface - use protective coasters.

Do not overload the table, do not exceed the specified load of 40 kg.
