    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

This sturdy Dover stool is from the collection of Dutch brand WOOOD. The side chair is made of concrete-look fibre clay with a coloured coating. Its compact size creates a robust and peaceful look. Material Fibreclay is a dyed material with an open structure. The material is a composition of fibreglass and clay which makes the item very strong. Fiberclay has a concrete look but is remarkably lightweight. Fiberclay is somewhat sensitive to direct sunlight and moisture; if no maintenance is done, the top layer can be damaged. Think of fading or spots.

Maintenance To maximise the lifespan of the fibreclay material, we recommend placing the item indoors only. The best way to clean fibreclay furniture is by using a soft brush and neutral soapy water, immediately removing stains prevents permanent deposits. A re-treatment is possible with Polyspray or a protective varnish for garden statues, this will seal the pores of the fiberclay and make it suitable for daily use again. Delivery This article is delivered per piece with a minimum purchase of two. For hard floors, place felt glides under the legs. This will prevent damage to the floor.
