    Returns – made-to-order item

Why this item cannot be returned if you change your mind

Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications. This applies from the moment your order is confirmed, whether or not production has started.

    Before you order

Please check the dimensions, the space and the access route (doors, stairs, lift) and the fabric or finish you chose. If you have questions, contact us before you place the order.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

About the product

Complete bed TORINO

TORINO bed is a universal model with an elegant design that fits perfectly into a modern interior. The soft, rounded edges of the frame and headboard create a cozy and safe impression, while the decorative border highlights its clean silhouette. The decorative border can be in a matching shade or a contrasting color - this way you can add a bold accent or maintain a monochrome aesthetic. This makes it easy to adapt the appearance of the bed to the style of your room or personal design preferences. This model can also include a bedding box - a practical solution that will help you organize and save space in the bedroom. Torino combines comfort, aesthetics and functionality in one design.

Attention. The product is sold without a mattress.
