    Returns – made-to-order item

Why this item cannot be returned if you change your mind

Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications. This applies from the moment your order is confirmed, whether or not production has started.

    Before you order

Please check the dimensions, the space and the access route (doors, stairs, lift) and the fabric or finish you chose. If you have questions, contact us before you place the order.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

This product is recommended by our team. What does this mean?

Our website features thousands of different furniture models from hundreds of different suppliers, making it nearly impossible to physically inspect all products before displaying them in our online store. However, it is this product or its supplier that is recommended by our team taking into account many factors: the quality of the materials used, good price-quality ratio, low number of warranty service situations, packaging, previous sales history.
