    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

Material The metal in our collections has various finishes, such as: a powder coating. A powder coating creates a luxurious look and protects the metal for life. A powder coating is a lacquer that is attached to the metal by means of high temperatures. Powder coating ensures full colour coverage and has a matt or (slightly) glossy finish.

Maintenance All our metals in the collection have been thoroughly treated and therefore do not require re-treatment. Should the metal be damaged, please consult a specialised paint shop. Treated metal is easy to keep clean with a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent, drying the surface afterwards ensures a streak-free result. Delivery The article is delivered in one package, per four pieces. To protect hard floors, place felt glides on the underside of the legs.
