    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. This extendable round dining table is from WOOOD's collection. This simple table with stable legs consists of strips of oak. As the dining table is extendable, it can easily accommodate different dining chair designs. Moreover, a round table adds a cosy atmosphere to any dining room. Material Oak is characterised by its light brown hue with a soft yellow glow and clearly visible grain markings. The oak wood in our collections is always 100% FSC-certified. Untreated oak can change its appearance under the influence of light and heat. The extent to which this happens depends on the room in which the furniture is placed. Deviations of the furniture compared to the model in the showroom are therefore self-evident.

Maintenance Treated oak is very easy to maintain. Keep the furniture dust-free regularly with a clean, dry cloth. Always apply basic wood protection, such as using a trivet under a drinking glass or hot pan. Delivery The article is delivered in two packages with a minimum order of one piece. The article is easy to assemble using the supplied assembly instructions. To protect hard floors, place felt glides on the underside of the legs to prevent damage.
