    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

The Mosi vase, part of the Exclusive collection by Dutch brand WOOOD, is a subtle and stylish item. By using fibreclay, the vase has a beautiful matt concrete-like finish. The playful shapes and natural shade create a harmonious design that blends seamlessly with different interior styles. Material Fiberclay is a dyed material with an open structure. The material is a composition of fibreglass and clay which makes the item very strong. Fiberclay has a concrete look but is remarkably lightweight. Fiberclay is somewhat sensitive to direct sunlight and moisture; if no maintenance is done, the top layer can be damaged. Think of fading or spots.

Maintenance To maximise the lifespan of the fibreclay material, we recommend placing the item indoors only. The best way to clean fibreclay furniture is with a soft brush and neutral soapy water, removing stains immediately prevents permanent deposits. Delivery The item is delivered in one package. Place felt glides on the underside of the item to prevent damage to the surface.
