    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

Choose your favorite Permit or mix the stylish colors at your dining table! Material Our Tippy leather look has a unique look and luxurious grip. The composition consists of 91% polyester and 9% cotton, which makes the fabric both sturdy and comfortable. The fabric has a Martindale rating of 45,000. The Tippy fabric is easy to care for, making it ideal for everyday use.

Maintenance Clean the fabric with a slightly damp cloth. Stains? Use a water-based solution to remove the stain and wipe again briefly with a damp cloth. Do not rub, but dab! Rubbing leads to light stains in the fabric. Delivery The item is delivered in one package, in pairs and fully assembled. Place felt protectors on the underside to protect the surface.
