    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. Set of two slim side tables Table top made of metal-coated plywood Elegant metal legs H 42 cm x � 53 cm / H 36 cm x � 53 cm The side table set of two forms a playful pair. The Suze side tables are from the collection of Dutch brand WOOOD and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The table tops are formed from strong plywood and finished with a metal coating, which provides a waterproof layer. The metal legs have a slim shape and are finished in matt black. Both tables have a top with a diameter of 53 cm. The high version is 42 cm high, the low version is six cm lower: 36 cm. The table tops are each 2 cm thick. When the Suze side tables are placed indoors, it is advisable to place felt glides under the legs to protect hard floors.
