    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

The table is made of magnesium oxide (MGO), an extremely lightweight yet durable material that can be molded into a variety of unique shapes. Each product has its own unique pattern and finish, making it completely unique.

Care

Magnesium oxide is a resistant and strong material, so it is not easily damaged during normal use. However, it is recommended not to use this furniture outdoors, as the different fiber proportions cannot ensure complete moisture resistance. A slightly damp, clean cloth is sufficient for cleaning.

Load capacity: 20 kg

Delivery

The table is delivered individually packaged. To protect the floor from possible damage, it is recommended to stick felt pads on the bottom.
