    Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications.
