Why this item cannot be returned if you change your mind
Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications. This applies from the moment your order is confirmed, whether or not production has started.
Before you order
Please check the dimensions, the space and the access route (doors, stairs, lift) and the fabric or finish you chose. If you have questions, contact us before you place the order.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Minimum 2 years
Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

About the product

Lova Pula is a universal model for teenagers and small children from 3 years old. For the smallest, we offer to order a removable protective edge that protects the child from injuries at night. Thick beams give the Pula bed a unique charm. They are filled with soft, highly elastic foam, and on top of it there is an additional layer of siliconized holofiber. In this way, several effects are achieved: the banknote has a stable, well-defined shape and at the same time is incredibly soft. The perfect design is completed by a slightly draped upholstery, the color and type of which can be chosen by you discretion. The Pula bed can be ordered on the left or right side.
