Why this item cannot be returned if you change your mind
Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications. This applies from the moment your order is confirmed, whether or not production has started.
Before you order
Please check the dimensions, the space and the access route (doors, stairs, lift) and the fabric or finish you chose. If you have questions, contact us before you place the order.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Minimum 2 years
Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

About the product

The Woodsoft bed Sydney is the perfect solution for a child's bedroom. Its versatile design is suitable for both preschoolers and teenagers. The model is compact, stylish and laconic. Clear stitching lines and direct geometric proportions of the forms, decorated with borders along the perimeters, will turn the bed into a bright decoration of the interior. The universal design of the bed will allow the child to use it for a long time even in adolescence. You can order an additional removable side; it will make the crib more comfortable, give the child a sense of security, and the parents - peace of mind. For your convenience, the corner of the bed can be on the left or right side, depending on the layout of the children's room.
