    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

Material The Cave woven fabric is made of 100% polyester, which gives the fabric a soft grip. The clearly visible weave pattern is given an extra dimension by the striking color nuances. These color shades provide a cool look.

Maintenance The voluminous Cave woven fabric is very strong and can withstand a blow. In case of stains, it is recommended to dab with a slightly damp, clean cloth. Friction can cause loops. Keep the woven fabric clean weekly with a special furniture brush on the vacuum cleaner. Delivery The armchair is delivered in one package, fully assembled. To protect hard floors, place felt glides on the underside of the legs to prevent damage.
