    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. New Gravure sideboard, from the collection of the Dutch interior design brand WOOOD, the New Gravure top cabinet. The top cabinet is made of pine and finished with a dust coloured stain. The New Gravure cabinet has a height of 65 cm. The width is the same as the New Gravure sideboard, 200 cm. The top cabinet is shallower than the sideboard, 44 cm. The top row of compartments is 31 cm high and has different widths of +/- 60 cm and +/- 31 cm. The lower row has three compartments, also 31 cm high and 31/100/62 cm wide. The depth of the compartments is 28 cm, the middle panels are 2.5 cm thick. The New Gravure top cabinet has a weight of 34 KG. The carrying weight of the top shelf is 35 KG and the carrying weight of the shelves is 10 KG individually. You easily attach the top cabinet to the sideboard. Pine is a natural material which we like to emphasize extra, the characterful grain markings is different with each item. This makes each piece of furniture unique. The pine sideboard is delivered in one package with clear assembly instructions. To protect hard floors, place felt glides under the legs of the New Gravure cabinets. For all furniture higher than 70 cm, please make sure that the anti-tip device is properly fitted to prevent accidents.
