    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. Our successful Gravure series in a new jacket! This New Gravure TV furniture, from the collection of the Dutch interior design brand WOOOD, is available in two sizes: 100 cm wide and 150 cm wide. New Gravure TV furniture is made of pine and finished with a dust coloured lacque. The interior is made of black chipboard. The legs are made of metal with a black coating. The New Gravure TV cabinet has two doors with a silent push-to-open system. The New Gravure TV cabinet is 56 cm high, 150 cm wide and 44 cm deep. The three doors are each 37 cm high, 50 cm wide and 2 cm thick. The line pattern on the handleless door fronts gives the Gravure its attractive, recognisable look. The shelves create six compartments measuring 18x50x42 cm (height x width x depth). The metal legs are 15 cm high and have a diameter (o) of 2 cm. Behind each door a circle is milled out for the wiring (o 50 cm), this is 40 cm high from the ground. Are you combining several New Gravures next to each other? Then simply connect both pieces of furniture with one leg in front and one behind, stylish! Pine wood is a natural material which we like to emphasize, the characteristic grain is different in each article. This makes each piece of furniture unique. The pine TV cabinet is delivered as a construction kit in two packages with clear assembly instructions. To protect hard floors, place felt glides under the legs. Make sure the anti-tip device is properly fitted to prevent accidents.
