    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

Material Our Yuki is a boucle fabric with a subtle colour blend and a firm grip. The stylish combination fabric is composed of 96% polyester and 4% viscose. This combination ensures longevity as well as a luxurious look. With a Martindale of 100,000, the fabric is suitable for intensive home use and keeps its shape.

Maintenance The boucle fabric is easy to maintain. For stains, dabbing is recommended, as friction can cause light spots. Most liquids can be removed with lukewarm water. Use a gentle circular motion from the outside inwards. Easily keep the dust free with a special furniture brush of the hoover. When the dust can be removed from the furniture, it can be washed at 30 degrees. It is recommended to wash covers inside out in the washing machine whenever possible. Delivery The Noelle comes in one package with clear assembly instructions. To protect hard floors, place felt glides under the legs.
