    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. Oscar is covered from head to toe in a soft chenille which gives the square design a friendly look. The swivel foot provides extra luxurious seating comfort. Material Our Aaf chenille has a striking structure, giving it a luxurious look and special shine. The soft fabric is made of 100% polyester, which makes maintenance very easy. The chenille fabric has a Martindale of 100,000, making it highly resistant to loops, fading and wear.

Maintenance Small stains can be easily removed with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, dabbing the fabric with a damp cloth and a neutral furniture shampoo is recommended. A shiny seat may appear on the favourite seat after some time. Delivery The item is delivered individually, fully assembled. To protect hard floors, place felt glides on the underside of the swivel base.
