    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

Pearl XL pouf comes from the collection of the Dutch brand vtwonen. The frame consists of chipboard, pine and cardboard. The seat cushion is filled with foam 3042. The pouf is covered with a coarsely woven fabric that feels extra soft because of the chenille. Material Our Alet chenille has a striking and coarse structure, which makes this fabric truly unique. The soft fabric is made of a special composition. For example, the chenille consists of polyester, cotton and viscose, among others. The Alet chenille with irregular weave pattern has a Martindale of 30,000 and is suitable for fairly intensive use. In addition, the Alet has a luxurious light reflection.

Maintenance In case of stains, it is recommended to dab the fabric with a slightly damp white cloth and a neutral furniture shampoo. Definitely do not rub! A shiny seat surface may appear on the seat after some time. Vacuum articles with this fabric weekly. Delivery The Pearl poufs are delivered individually. To protect hard floors, place felt glides on the underside.
