Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications. This applies from the moment your order is confirmed, whether or not production has started.

Minimum 2 years

Šis modelis nėra iš anksto pagaminta standartinio dydžio sofa. Sofa gaminama tik gavus konkretų užsakymą. Klientas nurodo pageidaujamą bendrą baldo dydį, gylį, kampo pusę, porankių poreikį ir kitus funkcinius parametrus. Pagal šiuos individualius poreikius FURNIBAY parenka ir suformuoja konkrečią modulių kombinaciją bei galutinę gaminio specifikaciją. Svetainėje pateikiamas modulių konfiguratorius yra priemonė galimam baldo sprendimui suformuoti ir vizualizuoti, o ne iš anksto pagamintų standartinių sofų katalogas. Konkreti sofa pradedama gaminti tik patvirtinus kliento užsakymo specifikaciją. Apmušalas taip pat parenkamas konkrečiam gaminamam baldui. Klientas pasirenka norimą audinį, spalvą ir, kai taikoma, kitus gamybos parametrus, kurie fiksuojami galutinėje užsakymo specifikacijoje.
DĖMESIO. Gaminant minkštuosius baldus, leistina matmenų paklaida iki 5 cm yra laikoma normalia ir priimtina. Tai susiję su pačia baldų gamybos specifika – naudojamos minkštos medžiagos, tokios kaip putos, audiniai ar užpildai, gali šiek tiek keisti formą gamybos, transportavimo ar naudojimo metu. Taip pat matmenims įtakos turi rankų darbo procesai, audinių įtempimas ir siuvimo technologijos. Dėl šių priežasčių faktiniai baldo matmenys gali nežymiai skirtis nuo nurodytų techninėje informacijoje, tačiau tai neturi įtakos baldo kokybei, funkcionalumui ar patogumui. Tokia paklaida yra įprasta baldų pramonėje ir laikoma gamybos norma.
