    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. Even in the small storage compartments there is room to store coffee table books or magazines. The clean lines of the Settle Down storage cabinet are not interrupted by handles, with a modern push-to-open system the doors open and close silently. The advantage that Settle Down offers is that it can be mounted in two different ways, allowing you to determine the position of the open compartment(s) yourself. This way, Settle Down always fits in the right place in your home! The furniture in the Settle Down series can be perfectly combined with each other, allowing you to create a personal arrangement/cabinet wall. WARNING tipping hazard! For furniture higher than 50 cm, we recommend paying extra attention to the wall mounting. Fall prevention mounting prevents accidents and preserves the furniture from tipping over. Material The pine furniture in our collections is FSC-certified and is treated in various ways. For example, sanded pine is smooth and neatly finished, but knots and the wood structure remain visible. Brushed pine, on the other hand, is known for its characteristic grain marks and aged look. For an even more robust look, pine is band-sawn. Pine is characterised by visible flame and grain marks.

Treated pine is easy to keep clean with a slightly damp cloth. To avoid circles and spots in the wood, it is recommended to dry damp stains immediately. Delivery The furniture is delivered in three packages. The item is easy to assemble using the clear assembly instructions. Place felt glides on the underside to protect hard floors. For a stable stand, fix the supplied fall prevention directly into the wall.
