Returns – made-to-order item
Why this item cannot be returned if you change your mind
Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications. This applies from the moment your order is confirmed, whether or not production has started.
Before you order
Please check the dimensions, the space and the access route (doors, stairs, lift) and the fabric or finish you chose. If you have questions, contact us before you place the order.
Minimum 2 years
Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

TIVOLI is a corner sofa that surprises with its simplicity and elegance. A delicate shape, slightly rounded edges and flat, wide armrests create a harmonious whole. But that's not all - pay attention to the characteristic seams that create visually wide "stripes" on furniture upholstery. These seams are the secret of its depth and character. A stable wooden frame and quality filling are a promise of durability and reliability for many years.
