    Returns – made-to-order item

Why this item cannot be returned if you change your mind

Each configuration is produced by the factory only after you order it – in the shape, size, fabric or finish you selected, for your order alone. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and the national laws implementing it (for example, Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications. This applies from the moment your order is confirmed, whether or not production has started.

    Before you order

Please check the dimensions, the space and the access route (doors, stairs, lift) and the fabric or finish you chose. If you have questions, contact us before you place the order.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

About the product

Modular sofa VENTO HIGH – a combination of minimalist design and everyday comfort. The modules are connected with special hooks, so you can easily create an individual sofa layout according to your needs. The sofa does not have a sleeping function, but it is characterized by comfort and a sturdy construction. The choice of fabrics can be adapted to the interior.

The seating parts use high-elasticity HR foam, which retains its shape and ensures comfortable seating even during intensive use. The backrests are filled with VP type foam – it provides a feeling of softness and support.

The structure is made of solid wood, ensuring stability. The VENTO HIGH model uses wavy, flat type “A” springs, which contribute to elasticity and additional comfort when sitting.
