    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

The rug is soft and comfortable to the feet and gives a warm atmosphere and good base to any room. The underside is made of cotton, this is not breathable. Because of this, it is not recommended to place the rug on floors that can be heated. Material A rug made of (partially) viscose is characterized by its velvety grip and silky appearance. The first period the rug may fluff considerably, this is part of the process of this natural fiber. Loose lint is easily removed with a squeegee or the vacuum cleaner with furniture brush. If the natural fibers are colored, they are also prone to discoloration. If so, keep the rug out of direct sunlight. A cotton rug has a soft, breathable texture and offers a comfortable feel underfoot. With new cotton, there may be slight deformation in the initial period due to the fibers still settling. This is perfectly normal and is part of the process of the natural fiber. Cotton may also fluff a bit in some cases, but this usually disappears after a short period of use. Cotton is sensitive to stains and may discolor when exposed to direct sunlight.

Maintenance To enjoy the rug as long as possible, it is recommended to vacuum the rug regularly without a brush and turn it regularly so that no runs appear in the rug. For stains, it is recommended to use a dabbing motion to let a dry cloth absorb the spot. Friction actually causes the liquid to penetrate deeper into the fibers and thus remain visible. Loose piles and loops can be pushed back into the rug using a crochet hook. For a high pile rug, stubborn high piles can be cut off. Delivery The article is delivered in one package.
