    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

The woolly aspect of the fabric gives the bench a cuddly look. Material Our Hazel woven fabric has a striking structure, which provides a luxurious look and woolly aspect. The soft fabric is made of 100% polyester, which makes maintenance very easy. The woven fabric with a coarse structure has a Martindale of 100,000 and is therefore resistant to loops, discoloration and wear.
