    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

Together with the natural color and the existing structure, this provides a warm addition to the interior. Material A wool rug is characterized by its soft grip and slightly stiffer structure. The rug may fluff considerably during the first period, which is part of the process of this natural fiber. Loose fluff is easy to remove with the vacuum cleaner with furniture brush. If the natural fibers are colored, they are also sensitive to discoloration. Then keep the rug out of direct sunlight.
