    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

The different sides of the double-sided mattress not only provide exceptional comfort, but also allow you to enjoy the changing seasons. The Climalatex filling half pampers with warmth and ergonomics in the cold season, while coconut and profiled foam HR provide strength and coolness in the summer. Enjoy different sensations when you need it most!

The uniqueness of the CLIMA mattress is the different level of comfort and softness of the sides of the mattress. The combination of carefully selected fillings, on different sides of the mattress, makes it universal, suitable for every season. Comfort, softness and warmth are provided by one side of the mattress covered with Climalatex filling. If you choose the other side of the mattress, you will enjoy a harder base, coolness and good air circulation, which is characterized by coconut fiber and HR foam surface covered with profiled waves. For the base of the mattress, we chose air-wires and a solid POCKET pocket spring unit. Covers made of knitted fabric on one side and jacquard on the other emphasize the different qualities of the mattress filling. The height of the mattress without cover is about 18 cm. The weight of the mattress ranges from 21 - 55 kg when choosing different sizes.

T2 Knitted fabric is characterized by special softness and softness.

White, fluffy knitwear made of 17% viscose, 83% polyester. The surface is dotted with waves. This fabric has OEKO - TEX STANDARD 100, OEKO-TEX STEP certificates.

ZR Jacquard fabric

ZR Jacquard fabric is a high-quality mattress cover that will keep your sleeping environment clean and make you feel protected.

ZR fabric is coated with Sanitized®, Hycare's protection that effectively prevents the development of mold, bacteria and fungi, and protects against house dust mites. Jacquard fabric consists of 68% cotton and 32% polyester.
