    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. A double-sided pocket spring mattress with latex filling will allow you to enjoy an elastic base that adapts to the shape of your body. This mattress provides more comfort and softness, but at the same time maintains a firm surface and allows you to get quality rest during sleep.

The latex filling emphasizes the ergonomic properties of the mattress, provides comfort, warmth and softness. The high density of latex ensures durability and longevity. Due to its structure, this filler is characterized by good air ventilation, natural resistance to dust mites and other microorganisms. The base of the mattress consists of a rigid and durable pocket spring unit POCKET. The pocket spring system adapts to the shape of the body, evenly distributes the weight and does not transmit the movements of the sleeping partner. Practical, double-stitched covers with a zipper, for everyone's choice. The height of the mattress is about 18 cm.

Fabrics

A properly selected mattress cover will not only supplement, but also protect and extend the service life of your mattress.

Jacquard fabric covers are more suitable for products with a harder composition. They are lined with cotton 300 g/m² and plump non-woven material 150 g/m². For softer products, covers made of elastic and soft knitted fabrics are more suitable, which are covered with plump non-woven material 300 g/m².

The covers are removable with an all-around zipper.

T2 Knitted fabric

T2 Knitted fabric is characterized by special softness and softness.

White, fluffy knitwear made of 17% viscose, 83% polyester. The surface is dotted with waves. This fabric has OEKO - TEX STANDARD 100, OEKO-TEX STEP certificates.

TB Knitted fabric

TB Knitted fabric is extremely soft and pleasant to the touch due to its viscose content and raised texture. Knitwear composition: 31% viscose, 68% polyester and 1% elastane.

ZR Jacquard fabric

ZR Jacquard fabric is a high-quality mattress cover that will keep your sleeping environment clean and make you feel protected.

ZR fabric is coated with Sanitized®, Hycare's protection that effectively prevents the development of mold, bacteria and fungi, and protects against house dust mites. Jacquard fabric consists of 68% cotton and 32% polyester.

PG Jacquard fabric

With its firmness and density, it complements the properties of the mattress, and the antimicrobial and hygiene functions in the fabric ensure a clean sleeping environment.

Hycare's additional house dust mite protection and hygiene protection Sanitized® effectively prevent the development and growth of mold, bacteria and fungi. In addition, Sanitized® removes odors and repels dust mites. Also, PG fabric has increased fire resistance. The fabric consists of 77% cotton and 23% polyester.

BG Jacquard fabric

The strength and density of the BG Jacquard fabric complements and highlights the features of the mattress.

Jacquard fabric is made of 40% cotton and 60% viscose. PG fabric has increased fire resistance, has FR STANDARD and OEKO - TEX certificates.

TV Knitted fabric

TV Knitted fabric is extremely soft and pleasant to the touch due to its viscose content.

The knitwear consists of 54% viscose and 46% polyester. The special pattern and the gray color of the fabric give the product uniqueness. This fabric has OEKO - TEX STANDARD 100, OEKO-TEX STEP certificates.
