    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

JOY EUCATHERM - medium hardness, two-sided mattress. Viscoelastic Eucather C Soja and Eucather C fillers on different sides of the mattress. The unique double pocket spring unit perfectly adapts to people of different weights, distributing their weight evenly. The mattress adapts to people's weight, ensures air permeability and provides extremely comfortable support for all family members.

The base of the JOY EUCATHERM mattress consists of a block of double pocket springs POCKET JOY arranged according to the anatomy of the body, at the point of greatest pressure, at the hips. Double pocket springs POCKET JOY supports heavy and light weight evenly, larger springs support smaller weight, double springs prevent heavier weight from sinking. One of the components of viscoelastic filler EUCATHERM C Soya is replaced by soybean oil, it is perfect for people with allergies and children. The harder viscoelastic material EUCATHERM C with a unique composition covers one side of the mattress, the material reacts perfectly to the human body and temperature, and softens under the influence of heat. Both fillings have: OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100; OEKO-TEX® and CertiPUR-US® certificates. The functionality of the filler materials allows the mattress to be easily adapted to changing seasonality, EUCATHERM C is recommended for warmer seasons, and EUCATHERM C Soya filler is perfect for when the weather cools down. The height of the mattress is about 21 cm.
