    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Minimum 2 years

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. You can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights cannot be excluded and also apply to made-to-order goods.

The specialty of the JOY mattress is the POCKET JOY double pocket springs, which adapt to different people's weight and provide extremely comfortable support for all family members. Elasticity and better air permeability are provided by the profiled foam that covers the mattress on both sides.

Foam profiled with waves improves air circulation and helps to remove moisture and sweat better. The base of the JOY mattress consists of the POCKET JOY double pocket spring unit with 5 softness zones. The double pocket springs are positioned according to the anatomy of the body, at the highest point of pressure at the hips. The unique block of double pocket springs perfectly adapts to different people's weight, distributing it evenly over the entire area. Practical, double-stitched knitted and jacquard fabric covers with a zipper, for everyone's choice. The height of the mattress is about 20 cm.
