    Right of withdrawal and returns

    You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (if the order arrives in parts, of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.

    The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item. Furniture cannot normally be returned by post; for this item the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €30.00.

    The item must be returned with all its parts and accessories. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of dispatch.

    How to withdraw: within the 14 days, tell us by e-mail at info@furnibay.com, with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or at the bottom of this site, or by any other clear statement. You may use the model form in the terms and conditions, but you do not have to.

    Legal guarantee of conformity

    Under EU law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (for example a defect, or goods not as described) that becomes apparent within at least 2 years of delivery. The properties of the BRUIGE mattress are close to natural latex, it is composed of 80% synthetic and 20% natural latex. The high density of latex ensures durability and longevity. Your body temperature is maintained during sleep, so you'll sleep deeper and rest better. Due to its structure, this mattress is characterized by good air ventilation and good sleep hygiene. Natural resistance to dust mites and other microorganisms. The 90 cm and 160 cm mattresses use solid latex blocks, the 180 cm size uses two glued 90 cm blocks.
